RS-901AW is a lead forming machine specially for LED and Electrolytic Capacitors. It can auto vibration feeding componnets, cut and form leads. The tester is programmable, so operator can set voltage, currency, etc, which can make sure accurate polarity test. It can feed components automatically with special feeder bowl for forming, the customized jig can clamp components to forming tool. Its fast speed is also amamzing , which can reach 8000-12000pcs/hour.
