Automatic screw packing machine is multi-functional packing machine with feeding, counting, packing and sealing feature. It works for kinds of small parts, like screws, washers, etc. It is programmable, the operator can set quantity, bag length, and other parameters easily by pressing LCD touch panel. For one machine, the bag width should be same, length is adjustable.

We can customize machines as per customers' need.

For packing various small parts: hardware fittings, plastic parts, screws, electronic components, Lighting accessories package,bathroom accessories package, furniture accessories package,etc

Available film width: 80-320MM,

Bag height: 55-130MM(If exceeds, need second dragging film),

Packing film should be single-side adhesive, DEPP or CPP, film thickness: 0.04-0.08MM
