Intro:

Automatic screw packing machine does not have feeder bowl and it can pack different materials in one bag. Operator need to manually put components into track for automatic packing. LCD touch panel, operator can easily set parameters, such as temperature, bag height, quantity, time, etc.

Also we can make feeder bowls according to customers' parts. Feeder bowl quantity can be selected.

This machine can be used to electric parts and small hardware and irregular products such as nails, bolts, screw and electric component. It can automatically sensing , counting quantity, forming bag, filling, sealing bag, measuring, cutting.

1)This machine adopts advanced PLC and photoelectric system and English & Chinese operation screen. It automatically sensing , counting quantity, forming bag, filling, sealing bag, measuring, cutting, etc….

2)This machine is combined packing machine (two parts and two basic functions).One is filling parts with1-2 vibrate feeding plates, you can only use one, two, three... Separately. Another part is able to finish packing , sealing and cutting……

3) For changing the bag length, you only set the bag length you want on screen of the machine.

4) Without feeding don’t sealing, with wait feeding system, starved feeding automatically stop, eliminate waste packing material and decrease defective products.

5) Counting Part adopts high accuracy photoelectrical induction. But because the machine exists inertia when it works normally,quantities has more or less in counting process. And now we add a set of device with re-testing and counting function in our

new machine (re-updating basis).It make the rate of finished products to reach above 99%-100%.

6) Adopt advanced control technology; be able to meet your number without changing or adjusting anything.
